Multi-talented artist Rebecca Mannschreck joins us at WaterWorks Art Center to provide a two-day workshop on February 3 & 4, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., in the WaterWorks Drawing & Painting Studio. Whatever medium Rebecca chooses, color and emotion are always her priority. Her acrylic paintings are bold and filled with movement.
In this workshop, Rebecca demonstrates her morning exercises — inspiring, creative and motivating! Then, students give it a try! After lunch, a painting demonstration followed by a brief lesson in color, tone and composition provide the information and techniques to begin new, adventurous creations of your own. Rebecca provides helpful reviews and critiques along the way. The second day focuses on completing your artworks, another quick review of your work and then, it’s over, but the possibilities have just begun1
Students enrolled in the February 3 & 4 workshop may continue to paint for an additional two days (February 10 & 11) in WaterWorks Art Center’s large studio at the rate of $175 for both days with Becky’s assistance and input. Payment for the continuation may be made during the first workshop.
Deadline for enrollment: January 27, 2023. Sponsored by the WaterWorks Advisory Council. Make checks payable to WaterWorks Advisory Council (WWAC) and send to or hand-deliver to:
